The Role
A leading global manufacturer within a specialist market sector is looking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their Bristol operation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site-wide improvement programmes, champion Lean methodologies, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver sustainable operational improvements within a complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will enjoy significant autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact on business performance.
- Lead operational improvement and business transformation initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and performance of the departments.
- Implement lean processes, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive change, improve collaboration, and deliver measurable business results.
- Coach teams to build a high-performance, process-driven culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, resource requirements, capability development, and business priorities.
- Improve the quality of operational documents, such as work instructions and SOPs.

What We Are Looking For
- Degree educated in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial engineering - Desirable
- Proven experience in a CI / operational excellence / business transformation role.
- Good record of improving performance across complex/product-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence methods.
- Experience operating at a strategic level.
