Job Description
Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to prepare, review, negotiate, and administer government, commercial, and international contracts. The role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations while supporting program execution and minimizing contractual risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and amendments.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
- Maintain contract records, deliverables, funding, milestones, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, UK MoD, and other applicable regulations.
- Interpret contract terms and advise stakeholders on obligations and risk.
- Support internal/external audits and contract compliance activities.
- Assist with contract negotiations, pricing, and amendments.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program teams to resolve contract issues.
- Support RFP/RFQ reviews, proposals, and contract review boards.
- Administer subcontracts and ensure required government clause flow-down.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of contracts administration experience in aerospace & defense.
- Experience supporting government and commercial aerospace contracts.
- Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
