Contract Analyst

Location - Must be within a commutable distance to London (1 day office presence required)

As a Contract Analyst I at ICON, you will prepare, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Balance and maintain client relationships.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.
- Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have site level contracts and Interactive costing tool experience.
- Prior experience working in a contract related role within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Academia environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
