Role: Contract Business Analyst
Project: DLT-Based Collateral Network (DLT & Tokenisation)
Industry: Capital Markets
Location: London (hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract (with strong extension potential)
Rate: £750-900/day (outside IR35)
X4 Technology are partnered with a leading global capital markets firm delivering a flagship, strategic digital collateral platform. Leveraging DLT, the initiative is focused on tokenisation - enabling greater collateral mobility, operational efficiency and interoperability across financial markets.
As part of this transformation, they're now offering the opportunity for a contract Senior Business Analyst to lead the TOM definition and business requirements. This is a business-facing, consultative role working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of digital collateral.

Responsibilities of the Contract Business Analyst (DLT & Tokenisation)
- Lead TOM definition and business requirements
- Work with senior business sponsors across digital assets and collateral
- Bridge business and technology teams on a strategic DLT programme
- Support the delivery of a next-generation tokenised collateral platform

Requirements for the Contract Business Analyst (DLT & Tokenisation)
- Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services
- Experience defining Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Knowledge of Digital Assets, Tokenisation and DLT
- Collateral management experience is highly desirable
- Background with organisations such as DTCC, J.P. Morgan, HQLAx, Broadridge, R3/Canton etc
