Why Join Us
We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team at our Cirencester site on an initial six-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. There is potential for the contract to be extended for the remainder of the maternity leave period, which could be up to 12 months. Subject to business requirements and the availability of a suitable vacancy, there may also be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will support the Account Manager in the successful delivery of contract requirements, helping to ensure high service standards, client satisfaction, and the achievement of contractual objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive inbound calls from customers/clients regarding maintenance queries, providing exceptional customer service and escalation duties maintaining high standards of customer service
- Respond to enquiries & new job e-mails from customers/clients
- Provide accurate & full recording of job requirements and priority on in-house software and client portals.
- Book, schedule, and coordinate appointments for engineers and contractors, understanding client requirements and operational constraints to ensure works are planned with minimal disruption
- Take ownership of customer queries and to offer first contact resolution, providing all stakeholders are kept informed of changes, delays, or updates
- Complete Customer Support Centre administrative duties, including monitoring team inboxes and CAFM systems
- Liaise with various internal departments and external contractors to obtain relevant job updates and ETA’s
- Communicate with contractors for outstanding job updates
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with Account Manager to achieve both client and business objectives
- Support Account Manager with achieving key performance indicators for each client account

- Maths and English qualifications
Knowledge and Experience:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately and to work collaboratively with team members.
If you have a ‘can-do’ attitude are flexible, having great listening and problem-solving skills. Have experience within either call centre or any type of retail sector, then we want to hear from you!

- Salary: £26,437 per annum
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
