What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment (internal or external) to understand supplier-client dynamics
- Prior experience in designing functional, user-focused digital customer experiences across platforms
- A deep understanding of delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- The ability to adapt and tailor approaches—seeing opportunities when imperfect, empowering teams to deliver remarkable work
- Strong stakeholder management skills
