Client Overview Our client is a design and manufacture of bespoke equipment supporting a range of applications, they have a tightknit design and drafting team, with an influx of projects landing meaning for the next 6 months at the very least there will be a lot of complex design work and associated drafting needing attention from a seasoned contractor for an OUTSIDE IR35 assignment.
Job Responsibilities Preparation of technical designs and/or drawings in accordance with approved design procedures and systems Assuming responsibility for administration on assigned projects; documentation and project coordination Assisting with the assessment of factual and interpretive information, and technical reviews Managing the delivery a small programme of work associated with other projects at times

Skill Required Solidworks use is the preference, but other similar CAD packages considered Heavy Machinery Design background a preference but similar industry experience considered Proven track record of full product life cycle involvement, seeing things into manufacture Bonus – Experience carrying out feasibility studies and assessment of environment impact of remedial and completed works

Compensation & Other Benefits £40.00 to £45.00 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 Contract On site Parking, located near major town and amenities, easy motorway access Typically design and projects team are on site 4-5 days per week, but flex hours and WFH available subject to project needs
