We require a Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics
- Oversight of compliance
- Driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team
- Responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets
Requirements
Do you have experience in a sales or target-driven environment?
- Can you confidently lead, coach and support a sales team to improve performance?
- Are you comfortable taking ownership of daily performance, process control, and department standards?
Successful candidates will have an excellent level of written and verbal communication, a passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment, and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers. Experience at a Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector is required. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Requirements
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
