Key Responsibilities

As the Contract Manager, you will lead from the front to deliver operational excellence, drive performance, and exceed both client and customer expectations:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring all maintenance works are completed on time, within cost, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Commercial & Financial Ownership: Drive the financial performance of the contract, managing the operating and capital budgets to meet or exceed turnover, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. Conduct 1-2-1s, PDRs, toolbox talks, and inductions.
  • Performance & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety (SHEQ) legislation and contractual obligations. Manage KPI performance, producing robust weekly and monthly reports.
  • Client & Customer Relations: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, while proactively managing customer satisfaction and complaints resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
