- Process new sales orders to ensure:
- Selected routings are economical
- Full compliance with customer requirements
- Review specifications and drawings, providing technical support and assistance to internal departments as needed
- Create ITP’s / MPS’s based on customer-specific requirements, ensuring all technical and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with Production Planning to select the optimal route aligned with the company’s current capacity and capabilities
- Manage responses to customer technical queries, offering necessary support
- Perform detailed contract reviews of sales orders and routings
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure raw materials and finished goods, ensuring supplier demand satisfaction
