Contract Manager – Residential Groundworks

Bedfordshire

Up to £110,000 DOE + Excellent Package

We're currently working in partnership with a leading residential groundworks contractor to recruit an experienced Contract Manager for their growing operations across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundwork packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders. The company has a healthy pipeline of secured work and is looking to strengthen its operational team with an experienced industry professional.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you'll take responsibility for overseeing multiple residential groundwork projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with operational, commercial, and client teams, leading Site Managers and Project Managers while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
