Work Mode: On-site

Job Description

About the Job

We at flydocs are transforming the aviation industry through innovative digital solutions that simplify aircraft documentation, asset management, and maintenance operations. As part of the Lufthansa Technik family, we are proud to be within the Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem alongside Swiss AviationSoftware, AVIATAR, and Lufthansa Technik Engineering Services.

Role Purpose

Independently manage the full contract lifecycle for customer and partner agreements, balancing commercial objectives, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

How We Work

We prioritise the value you bring to the team over your location, so you can work from anywhere in the UK. However, this is an internationally connected role requiring strong cross-cultural collaboration and the flexibility to travel within Europe for approximately 30% of working time to support business priorities and stakeholder engagement.

Who Will You Be Working With?

This role is within the Governance Team and comes with dual reporting to Chief Product Officer of flydocs and Chief Financial Officer of Swiss Aviation Software. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to align commercial terms with business objectives.

How Do You Contribute to the Business?

We are seeking a highly commercial, process-driven, and strategic professional to own and optimise the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle across our global Digital Tech Ops ecosystem. As Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling commercial success while protecting flydocs’ interests. You will independently manage customer and partner agreements from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring contracts are commercially robust, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders, you will accelerate deal closure, reduce commercial risk, strengthen governance, and continuously enhance contracting processes to support revenue growth and seamless cross-functional collaboration across the ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
