About the Company

We're partnering with a global technology and consulting organisation to recruit a Contract Manager to join a high-performing commercial team.

About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting major commercial opportunities and high-value client engagements. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams to structure commercial agreements, manage contractual risk and help secure successful outcomes on strategic deals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and management of complex customer contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Support major bids and strategic sales opportunities from contract negotiation through to signature.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide commercially focused contractual advice.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, amendments and change requests.
  • Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
  • Support deal shaping and commercial strategy for large, complex opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to drive successful commercial outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Delivery teams to ensure contracts are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial contract management within a technology, consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong background negotiating high-value, complex customer contracts.
  • Experience supporting large bids, strategic deals or transformation programmes.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance business objectives and contractual risk.
  • Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
