About the Company
We're partnering with a global technology and consulting organisation to recruit a Contract Manager to join a high-performing commercial team.
About the Role
As a Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting major commercial opportunities and high-value client engagements. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams to structure commercial agreements, manage contractual risk and help secure successful outcomes on strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation and management of complex customer contracts and commercial agreements.
- Support major bids and strategic sales opportunities from contract negotiation through to signature.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide commercially focused contractual advice.
- Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, amendments and change requests.
- Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Support deal shaping and commercial strategy for large, complex opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to drive successful commercial outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Delivery teams to ensure contracts are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial contract management within a technology, consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong background negotiating high-value, complex customer contracts.
- Experience supporting large bids, strategic deals or transformation programmes.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance business objectives and contractual risk.
- Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
