Contract Manager - Educational Sites Cleaning Contracts, Hume Merri-Bek Region, Melbourne
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual for the position of Contract Manager in Victoria
An attractive salary package, fully maintained company vehicle and superannuation, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Commencement date: ASAP
Selection Criteria
- Three plus years in a similar role, preferably within a service-based industry (Cleaning Industry experience in a national company highly desirable)
- Previous experience in managing multiple-sites / multi-project management
- Proven excellent strategic leadership, strong communication and client relationship skills
- Demonstrate sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Proven Labour planning and people management skills
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities are essential
- Proven ability to deliver sustained results
- Demonstrate strong analytical and report writing skills
- High level of customer service and maintaining operational efficiency standards
- Actively participate and contribute in senior management meetings with high quality outcomes
- Hold current tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
- Full Australian Licence.
Skills / Requirements You Should Bring Along
- Confidence and be an accomplished Manager with a proven track record in managing complex multi-site operations with significant people, cost and budget responsibilities.
- You will have the ability to lead, train and develop a team, nurture and enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically and manage a diverse range of client sites.
- You will have the capacity to understand and relate to clients across a range of industries and appreciate the different business models, needs and sensitivities that entails.
- You will develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion and sound commercial acumen. A key deliverable is to ensure compliance with contractual requirements for service delivery, timeliness and reporting.
- You will also engage effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives.
