Contracts Counsel / Legal Counsel | Commercial Contracts | ICT Focus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing in-house legal team supporting a diverse and fast-evolving regulated business. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial contracting matters, with a particular focus on ICT agreements across the full contract lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, telecommunications, infrastructure, data centre and technology outsourcing agreements.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams and legal colleagues.
  • Providing practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Supporting supplier onboarding, contract governance, renewals and post-acquisition integration activity.
