The Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong traditional contract management background, who is motivated to help shape how commercial and contractual services evolve in a modern infrastructure environment.

You will be responsible for robust NEC contract management and commercial governance, while also contributing to the adoption of improved systems, digital tools and smarter ways of working across programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing contracts across major infrastructure programmes, primarily under NEC forms
- Leading contract administration including early warnings, compensation events and change control
- Providing commercial and contractual advice to project teams and clients
- Supporting procurement, contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Producing clear commercial reporting, forecasts and performance insights
- Championing improvements in processes, data quality and digital contract management tools
About You
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or senior commercial professional within infrastructure, energy or civils
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial risk management
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
- Interested in how digital tools, data and AI can enhance contract management outcomes
- Confident communicator with the credibility to influence clients and delivery teams
