Role:
Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search to find a new Contract Manager. This role will be part of their ever-growing Senior Management team. As a Contract Manager, you will be based between the head office and site, managing refurbishment framework contracts across the South East.
This role has a clear path to Operations Manager, with current contracts equating to circa £15m per annum. Work includes planned works, fire remediation, building safety, retrofit/decarbonisation style projects.

Experience:
- Experience in completing construction phase plans
- Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams
- P&L, cash flow, and costs
- Creating a work-safe culture
- Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Must have good IT skills and be able to use Word and Outlook
- Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
- A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
- Able to produce and deliver progress reports
- Must be able to manage the H&S, quality, and programme performance on their projects via their management team
