We are an established and ambitious main contractor with an expanding portfolio of projects across London and the Surrey area. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality developments for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you'll have the autonomy to manage your projects while contributing to the continued success and growth of the company.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple live projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and the commercial department, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
