Contract Manager
M&E Mobile Contracts Manager Required
Location: London & South East / Senior, Client-Facing Role
An experienced Contracts Manager (M&E Mobile) is required to take ownership of a portfolio of building services maintenance contracts across London and the South East.
This is a senior position combining operational leadership, commercial responsibility, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Delivery & Performance
- Optimise contract delivery, including P&L management and performance monitoring across multiple contracts.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant and profitable services while balancing operational delivery with client relations.

Client & Team Leadership
- Build strong client relationships and lead engineering teams to maximise performance and engagement.
- Drive team development, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
- Manage the mobilisation, maintenance works, subcontractor relations, and profitability.
Improvement & Innovation
- Recognise opportunities to implement changes and solutions for better service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a more streamlined, personable service with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on management experience in building services (M&E) maintenance contracts.
- Ideally with an M&E technical background.
- Extensive experience in contract financial and operational management.

Preferences
- Preferred for local candidates in Slough/Berkshire, but flexible for mobile professionals willing to relocate.
