About the Role
As Birkin Group continues to grow, we're looking to connect with Contract Managers for upcoming opportunities across our Corporate Workplace and Visitor Attraction portfolios in London.
This is an opportunity to join the business at an exciting time to lead high-profile FM contracts, manage diverse operational teams, build strong client relationships and drive commercial performance within dynamic, customer-focused environments.
Based on our Contract Manager role profiles, the position includes accountability for operations, client relationship management, budget control and contract performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the delivery of hard and soft FM services
- Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
- Full ownership of contract budgets, forecasts and profitability
- Driving operational performance, service excellence and KPI achievement
- Identifying opportunities for contract growth and additional revenue
- Leading, developing and motivating site teams
- Managing supply chain and subcontractor performance
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and statutory requirements
- Supporting events, projects and operational change initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Facilities Management contract leadership
- Background within one or more of the following sectors; Corporate Workplace, Hospitality, Visitor Attractions or other customer-focused environments
- Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L responsibility
- Experience delivering contract growth and developing client relationships
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent operational, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
