Contract Manager

About the Role

Current vacancy for a Contracts Manager to join a leading national maintenance contractor.

This role will have responsibility for several contract streams including planned maintenance, EWI and FRA related schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall responsibility for multiple construction projects, including regular and routine reporting to the Operations Manager/Business Unit Director
  • Direct construction teams in delivering a consistent service on time, safety, quality, and cost
    • Ensure clients’ expectations are met in full and contract performance targets are realised
  • Guarantee all works align with required standards and the company’s policies and procedures
  • Support the Operations Manager/Business Unit Director in delivering the Business Plan
  • Conduct site visits at least once per week, or as dictated by site requirements
  • Produce accurate reports regularly
  • Liaise with clients to uphold their interests, fostering key relationships
  • Oversee quality standards to establish, measure, and maintain alignment with both client and company requirements
  • Optimise operating processes for efficient resource utilisation and cost-effectiveness
