Contracts Management Opportunities – Infrastructure Programme

📍 Birmingham or London (hybrid working) | 🕒 Contract | Inside IR3

Ceto Talent is supporting a major infrastructure programme in search for contracts professionals at Assistant, Manager, and Senior levels to support delivery across a high-profile, large-scale programme.

These contracts management roles offer the chance to excel in a complex contract environment, supporting:

  • Supplier performance
  • Risk management
  • Commercial outcomes across the entire contract lifecycle

Opportunities & Rates

  • Assistant Contracts Manager – up to £450 per day (Umbrella)
  • Contracts Manager – up to £500 per day (Umbrella)
  • Senior Contracts Manager – up to £650 per day (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing

Regardless of level, all roles involve:

  • Managing or supporting contracts across a live infrastructure programme
  • Supporting contract change, governance, and compliance processes
  • Monitoring supplier performance, spend, and delivery outcomes
  • Managing risk, issuing early warnings, and overseeing contract lifecycle activities
  • Engaging with stakeholders from commercial and delivery teams
  • Supporting—or, at higher levels, leading—commercial decision-making

(Responsibilities will scale with experience, from supporting through to programme-level leadership.)

Applicants should possess:

  • Commercial or contract management experience
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, or major programmes
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle, governance, and compliance
  • Experience in supplier performance and delivery management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience within structured, public-sector, or high-regulated environments

Additional Requirements

  • Must have elibility to work in the UK
  • Subject to successful pre-employment screening checks
