Contracts Officer
We are expanding our contract team and are looking for a Contracts Officer to support the Procurement and Purchase department at GMV. The successful candidate will assist in:
- The selection and negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Partnership management with GMV for various business opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and negotiation of terms for business agreements, including:
- Contracts, NDA, MOU, and other key agreements
- Supporting projects and proposal managers in resolving contractual issues during:
- Project execution
- Proposal preparation

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Commercial Law, specialising in international commerce
- Business administration and accounting practices
- Degree/Master’s in Law (preferred)
- UK national with:
- Security clearance (SC or above), or
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance (only applicable candidates will be considered)
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written and spoken English, especially in professional and legal contexts
- Empathy and strong negotiation skills
- Fluency in 1+ EU languages (e.g. Spanish, German, French) for project-specific applications
- Desirable: Knowledge or experience in the Space sector or similar industrial fields
