Contract Officer
We're looking for an experienced Contract Officer to join our growing team.
This is a new, exciting role giving the opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar contract management or supplier management role and wants to make a real impact. As part of a small, passionate team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, suggest improvements and trial new ways of delivering great services for our customers.
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues to monitor performance, manage financial processes and ensure our contracts deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
What you'll be doing
- Leading supplier performance meetings and building strong working relationships.
- Analysing and collating KPI data and customer satisfaction feedback.
- Validating, matching and processing supplier invoices.
- Producing performance reports and working with suppliers to drive service improvements.
- Managing queries, resolving issues and supporting contract governance activities.
- Monitoring budgets and expenditure, identifying risks and escalating concerns where appropriate.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar contract management or supplier management role.
- Experience validating and processing invoices.
- Experience monitoring budgets and contract spend.
- Experience leading supplier or contractor meetings.
- Experience analysing KPI and customer satisfaction data and using insights to improve performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
