Contract Officer

We're looking for an experienced Contract Officer to join our growing team.

This is a new, exciting role giving the opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar contract management or supplier management role and wants to make a real impact. As part of a small, passionate team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, suggest improvements and trial new ways of delivering great services for our customers.

No two days are the same. You'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues to monitor performance, manage financial processes and ensure our contracts deliver excellent outcomes for residents.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading supplier performance meetings and building strong working relationships.
  • Analysing and collating KPI data and customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Validating, matching and processing supplier invoices.
  • Producing performance reports and working with suppliers to drive service improvements.
  • Managing queries, resolving issues and supporting contract governance activities.
  • Monitoring budgets and expenditure, identifying risks and escalating concerns where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
