POSITION: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
LOCATION: Remote in the UK
HOURS: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: £28,500

The Contract Operations and Performance Coordinator will be a key member of the Operations Division, whose purpose is to support the delivery of all aspects of Contract Operations including performance monitoring, report creation and project work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Contract Operations and Performance Manager, you will help us deliver excellence in all we do. As a member of the Contract Operations Team, your role will be varied depending on what is required, but is likely to include:
- Working closely with Operations Executive to understand operational objectives and contribute towards their delivery
- Gathering data and performance reporting to support key operational areas such as contract activity, utilisation, WIP, referrals, waiting lists, SOPs
- Developing relationships with stakeholders to support a culture of performance and accountability
- Assisting with aspects of customer mobilisation
- Assisting with aspects of contract and referral monitoring
- Providing administrative support including minuting, notetaking and calendar coordination
- Providing administrative support with answering incoming customer queries and escalating to Operations Executive/Manager where appropriate
- Using your skills and expertise to flexibly adapt and contribute towards the overall success and objectives of the business

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- Planning, prioritisation, coordinating and organisation skills
- Experience of assisting operational support and/or transformations
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Proficient with Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and creation of presentations
- Desirable: use of BI Tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Sisense
- Able to work under pressure to meet key performance indicators and organisational objectives
- Have a professional home working environment.
