We're looking for an experienced IAM SailPoint Engineer to join a high-profile client on an exciting contract. This is a fully remote opportunity for a skilled identity professional with strong SailPoint experience who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security solutions.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and target systems.
- Configure provisioning, access requests, certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues.
- Contribute to IAM best practices and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or equivalent SailPoint platform).
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of RBAC, access governance, provisioning, and certification processes.
- Strong scripting or development skills (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar) are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desirable
- Experience working within regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, or Keycloak.
- Relevant SailPoint certifications.
