Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong technical background required in Java/Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript/Web technologies, Git, CI/CD, and containers (AWS/GCP)
  • Expertise with Agentic AI platforms, prompt engineering, AI output evaluation, and AI-assisted software delivery (e.g.: AWS Kiro, Copilot)
  • Acts as a bridge between Platform Engineering and Delivery Teams, translating platform capabilities into practical business solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands on engineer who helps/work with application/delivery teams adopt and implement the bank's AI/Agentic platform and deploy AI enabled solutions in real projects
  • Customises and optimises AI agents, prompts, workflows, and reusable "skills" to suit project team-specific requirements and business contexts
