Contract PMO Analyst | Contract | Inside IR35
A leading independent technology consultancy specialising in digital transformation and programme delivery is seeking an experienced Contract PMO Analyst to join an exciting programme for one of its clients in the InsurTech sector.
We are looking for an experienced Contract PMO Analyst with a strong background in programme-level PMO support within mature governance environments. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing financial controls, governance, planning and reporting across a complex programme.

Key responsibilities and experience:
- Support programme governance and PMO best practices.
- Manage programme financial administration, including purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.
- Maintain RAID logs, stage gate governance and programme documentation.
- Produce accurate reporting for senior stakeholders and the PMO Lead.
- Support multiple workstreams across the programme.
- Strong planning experience using Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Ariba is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, experience within Financial Services or the InsurTech sector.

Role details:
- Contract: £375 per day, Inside IR35.
- Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
- Location: Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week onsite in West Sussex.
