Reporting to: Customer Loyalty Team Lead
Location: HQ - Exeter, EX2 7JF (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home after successful probation)
Salary: £25,000 + annual performance-based bonus (Internal Job Level Reference: Associate)

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive Contract Processing Agent to join our Customer Loyalty team. This role is crucial for ensuring offboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently, while delivering a smooth and professional experience to customers.

You’ll need to:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work
- Able to juggle multiple admin tasks without struggling under pressure
- Strong communicator, collaborating effectively across teams
- Natural problem-solver, spotting issues and suggesting improvements
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence
- Exceptional attention to detail—precision is a must
- Capable of solving problems and proposing actionable improvements
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
