Reporting to: Customer Loyalty Team Lead

Location: HQ - Exeter, EX2 7JF (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home after successful probation)

Salary: £25,000 + annual performance-based bonus (Internal Job Level Reference: Associate)

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive Contract Processing Agent to join our Customer Loyalty team. This role is crucial for ensuring offboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently, while delivering a smooth and professional experience to customers.

You’ll need to:

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work
  • Able to juggle multiple admin tasks without struggling under pressure
  • Strong communicator, collaborating effectively across teams
  • Natural problem-solver, spotting issues and suggesting improvements
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence
  • Exceptional attention to detail—precision is a must
  • Capable of solving problems and proposing actionable improvements
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
