Required Experience
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven contract recruitment experience (though general recruitment background will be considered).
- An all-in mindset focused on results and embracing challenges.
- Tech sector knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building abilities—curiosity and retention of key information matter just as much as technical experience.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment—our culture thrives on cohesion and shared success.
