🚨 Contract Recruiter Opportunity - US Market - Manchester 🚨

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the opportunity to build something bigger than just another desk?

We're looking for an ambitious Contract Recruiter to join Oliver James in Manchester and take ownership of a high-potential US Health Insurance market.

This isn't a cold start.

You'll be stepping into a market where we already have an established permanent recruitment presence, active client relationships, and a significant database. With no dedicated contract specialist currently focused on the market, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape the contract division while leveraging existing relationships across the business.

👤 We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in contract recruitment or operates as a strong dual-desk recruiter
  • Is confident in business development and enjoys opening new opportunities
  • Has the drive and resilience to develop a market
  • Is motivated by high earning potential and career progression
  • Can work effectively with US markets and time zones
  • Wants the opportunity to own, grow and lead something rather than simply inherit a desk
