Contract Recruitment Consultant (UK & Europe)
Location: Chorley – Strawberry Fields
Salary: Competitive + commission + perks

The Role
You will help build and expand our UK & European contract offering, owning the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing directly to the division’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract recruitment across UK & European markets
- Source, qualify and place high-calibre contractors across engineering, automation, logistics and related sectors
- Build and maintain strong contractor networks and client relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership to support growth strategy and delivery targets
- Drive new business activity through outreach, networking and market mapping
- Ensure compliance, onboarding and contractor care are delivered to a high standard
- Contribute to team culture, collaboration and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract recruitment (sector open)
- Strong sourcing, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, growth-driven approach
- Comfortable working at pace in a scaling business
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence clients and candidates
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by progression and earnings
