Contract Recruitment Manager
Head of Contract Location: Billericay Type: Full-Time (12-8pm working hours), 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) Reporting to: Founders

Now, we're growing our contract recruitment capability and looking for a commercially driven leader to build, scale, and take control of our Contract division while being hands on billing and growing new markets alongside our founders.
This is an opportunity for someone who combines deep market expertise with the ability to win complex projects, can create structure and processes while building lasting client partnerships.
What You Will be Doing As the Head of Contract, you will be responsible for developing and leading Seer's contract 360 recruitment offering from 5% of the workforce to 25% in the next 2 years. We are ready to invest in the right leader to grow this division.
You will be hands-on billing leader, positioning for not only contingent and exclusive work, but also pitching/winning SoW solutions as well. You will additionally be building a high-performing team and establishing Seer as a trusted workforce partner to developers, operators, contractors, consultancies, and technology providers. Develop and execute the contract recruitment strategy, starting with the data centre US market. Grow and manage a high-performing contract recruitment function. Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and client engagement. Identify, pitch and win new contract business, positioning Seer as a strategic partner. Manage commercial frameworks, project margins, and delivery performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities. Contribute to Seer's broader growth strategy and market positioning. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with senior decision-makers. Design, scope, pitch and deliver Statement of Work (SoW) solutions for clients undertaking major programmes and projects. Develop tailored workforce strategies aligned to project outcomes.

What We're Looking For Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within the data centre, mission-critical, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors (but not a must). Strong track record of winning and growing contract recruitment accounts. Demonstrated experience selling and delivering Statement of Work (SoW) solutions. Leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, both experienced and entry-level. Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
