What we’re looking for:
- A proven contract biller with a consistent track record of success
- Someone with experience managing or mentoring recruiters and who loves seeing others develop
- A business winner who can turn existing perm relationships into contract opportunities, while also building new client partnerships
- A leader who inspires confidence, leads from the front, and knows how to balance billing with team growth
- Curiosity, ambition, and the drive to shape something bigger than just a desk
What you’ll be doing:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Leading a contract team across Tech, Data, or AI while still billing hands-on
- Coaching, developing, and supporting consultants to smash their targets
- Cross-selling into Method’s perm client base to open doors for contract solutions, while expanding new business and key accounts
- Driving culture, performance, and collaboration across Method’s contract offering
- Representing Method in the market through events, networking, and thought leadership
