Contract Sales Account Manager
π East Grinstead, West Sussex π 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Join a global engineering and manufacturing leader.
A global supplier of fastenings and Category C components, supporting industries including Automotive, Smart Infrastructure and Medical Equipment. Due to continued business requirements, they are seeking a Contract Sales Account Manager to join their East Grinstead team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
The Opportunity
As a Contract Sales Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service levels whilst working collaboratively across sales, supply chain and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Manage customer orders and account activity.
- Ensure customer contracts and service requirements are achieved.
- Support forecast reviews with supply chain teams.
- Drive performance around stock management, OTIF and margin objectives.
- Attend customer meetings and business reviews.
- Escalate issues proactively and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
What We're Looking For

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Internal Sales.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Manufacturing, engineering, distribution or supply chain experience advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O would be beneficial.
