Contract Sales Manager | North West

Highly Competitive Package OTE £85,000 - £95,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a quality-led interiors manufacturer with an established reputation across the interiors market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and progress within this company.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Specification Sales Manager to manage and further develop the established North West region.

This is a well-performing territory with a strong base of active accounts, established customer relationships and ongoing project activity already in place. The successful individual will inherit a successful and stable region with significant opportunity to further increase specification activity, strengthen existing partnerships and grow market share across the area.

The role requires a proactive and experienced sales professional capable of balancing strategic account management with new business development across specification-led channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
