Contract Specialist [$80 - $100/hour]
Role Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Lease Agreements
- Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
- Marketing Agreements
- Licensing Agreements
- Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases
- Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset
- Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed

- Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation
- Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language
- Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios
- Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices
- Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus
