We're supporting a global consulting and technology organisation in the search for a Contract Specialist to join its high-performing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements, partnering with stakeholders across the business to support major technology and transformation programmes.
The Role
You'll provide commercial contract support throughout the contract lifecycle, helping negotiate agreements, manage risk, and enable successful project delivery. Working alongside Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Legal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring contracts are commercially robust and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
- Support customer contract negotiations and amendments.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and commercial risk.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Legal teams to support bids and ongoing client engagements.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage contracts through the full lifecycle, including renewals, variations, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful commercial outcomes.

About You
- Experience in commercial contracts, contract management, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance commercial objectives and legal risk.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating customer contracts within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Confident working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
