We are looking for an experienced Contract Support professional to join a large, established team on one of our longest-standing client accounts in West London. Managing multiple buildings on a single static site, you will be the main point of contact for the client and the driving force behind a busy engineering operation.
What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate a high-volume, fast-paced facilities helpdesk.
- Act as the primary client-facing contact on-site, building strong relationships and resolving queries quickly.
- Log, allocate, and track reactive and planned maintenance tasks using our CAFM system.
- Support the contract management team with raising purchase orders, scheduling, and reporting.

What we are looking for:
- Direct, hands-on experience using CAFM systems (e.g., Vantify, Concept, Maximo, Planon, or similar) is essential.
- Proven ability to stay organised and calm under pressure while managing a busy workload.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to update clients face-to-face daily.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, large-team environment.

Location: West London (Static Site – Multi-building)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
Package: Competitive Salary + 22 Days Annual Leave
