Role Description
The Contract Support Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and customer support for cleaning and support service contracts. This role includes:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Managing queries
- Coordinating service delivery with operational teams
- Ensuring contract requirements are met in line with agreed standards and timelines
- Maintaining accurate records
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with scheduling, invoicing, and performance monitoring to support efficient contract management
- Proactively addressing customer concerns
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills to resolve issues, provide information, and support service delivery.
- Relevant experience in contract administration, facilities services, or a customer-facing role within a service-based environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or contract management systems) is advantageous.
- A commitment to high service standards, teamwork, and continuous improvement is essential.
