Contract Support Analyst
Contract Support - Global Workplace Solutions
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an essential role in Contract Support.
About the Role
To provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive financial and administrative support to clients and contracts. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of procedures, processes, and adherence to required standards.
What You’ll Do

Competitive Performance & Compliance
- Drive high-quality commercial performance by ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and scope.
- Optimise supplier relationships with preferred vendors to improve buying and utilisation.

Contract & Financial Management
- Compile Contract Review Packs.
- Develop systems to enhance efficiency for customers and CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS).
- Support monthly Contract Reviews, including:
- Comprehensive spend tracking against agreed budgets.
- Create and review weekly management reports (e.g., OPO’s & Invoice Pool).
- Raise and review Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with site teams to confirm PO accuracy, including BOMAs, commodity codes, and project alignment.
- Review open Purchase Orders with site teams for timely receipting and closure.
- Onboard new vendors to Mybuy.
- Process supplier invoices and resolve queries, liaising with operations to correct errors.
- Generate In-Scope and Out-of-Scope reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from PO raisers and Business/Finance Teams.

Training & Account Oversight
- Conduct Mybuy training for new starters.
- Act as the Mybuy champion for assigned accounts.
- Manage timesheets, arrange agency cover, and submit hours via the portal.

Team Development & Culture
- Organise and train the team.
- Promote a proactive culture while upholding best practices.
What You’ll Need
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Academic qualifications including at least GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Full proficiency in the Mybuy system.
- Highly computer-literate with strong IT skills for report generation.
- Superior written and verbal communication, including oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Basic understanding of business and customer-facing environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and staff across levels.
