Contract Support (Hard Services)
Location: Holborn, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break)
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Contract Support (Hard Services) to join our London Regional Service Team based in Holborn. This is a key administrative role supporting the delivery of our hard services contracts, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of service operations while providing excellent support to our Service Managers, Engineers, Accounts Team and clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Service Managers with preparing customer quotations.
- Upload engineers' electronic service reports to the job management system.
- Raise purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support the Accounts Team with weekly invoicing reports.
- Produce reports for the Management Team as required.
- Learn and use the job management system to assist with scheduling engineers, logging and closing reactive call-outs, and completing compliance tasks.
- Provide administrative cover for other Contract Support team members across the London region.
- Liaise with clients by telephone and email, responding to enquiries and booking service works.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Contract Support, Service Administrator or similar administrative role, ideally within the hard services or facilities management sector.
- Experience using job management software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A methodical and accurate approach to work.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
- A positive, self-motivated and flexible attitude.
