Role Description

The Contract Support role is an on-site position based in the United Kingdom, focused on administrative, coordination, and customer support activities for cleaning and support service contracts. This contract role involves assisting with day-to-day contract administration, including maintaining accurate records, preparing service reports, and supporting the scheduling of cleaning and support teams. The individual will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to handle queries, track service delivery, and ensure that contractual obligations and service levels are met. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders and invoices, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying service issues, supporting problem resolution, and assisting with contract renewals and variations.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic data entry and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, invoices, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of facilities, cleaning, or support services operations is beneficial.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards; experience working within accredited or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in contract administration, service coordination, or an equivalent support role is desirable.
