Contract Support Officer - Norwich
Salary: 30010.78 Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on/4 off) plus overtime available Uniform provided Benefits: Paid training, licence renewal, and ongoing career support
About Norse Security
Norse Security is a leading provider of skilled security personnel, offering a bespoke tailored service to support the effective running of our clients’ needs.
Due to expansion within the department across the Norfolk and Suffolk region, we are recruiting for Contract Support Officers to join our Team based in Norwich on Fifers Lane.
The Role
Within this position, you will join the Operations Team with a focus on providing site support to all Static Guarding, Mobile, and Event contracts. You will be required to operate in all areas of the business dealing with cover for annual leave, sickness, and for ad hoc Event deployments as required.

Our Ideal Candidates
We are looking for candidates who will provide a professional, courteous service as well as:
- SIA or Security Guard License as well as first aid training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous examples of working as a security officer/guard
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to problem solve
The successful candidates must be comfortable carrying the responsibility for maintaining the day-to-night requirements of very high-profile sites and delivering excellent customer service.
