Job Description
About the Role
Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF, and Medina) is recruiting for a Contracted Pricing Lead to join our high-performing Pricing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in delivering our contracted pricing strategy, supporting pricing decisions that drive business performance, protect margin, and respond effectively to changing market conditions.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a hybrid working arrangement, with attendance at our Ashford, Kent office as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our price review process, ensuring pricing reviews are delivered accurately and efficiently across our contracted customer base.
- Support the design and implementation of pricing changes, analyse price pass-through and commercial performance, and provide valuable insights to inform pricing strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools, supporting new product pricing decisions, and driving continuous improvements that enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and transparency of pricing processes.
- Work closely with Pricing, Commercial, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a pricing, commercial, analytical, or data-driven administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with experience using ERP systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
