Senior Manager, Client Contracting (Production Drafting)

Position Summary
Oversees the day-to-day management and leadership of the production client contracting drafting team with 8–10 direct reports.
Develops and coaches the team to effectively manage client expectations and business needs related to client contract drafting and issue resolution.
Designs and implements processes to ensure:
- Efficient, accurate drafting with a strong focus on quality.
- A consistently high-quality client experience within the department.
- Full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Directs client contracting support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Develops processes and procedures to streamline client contracting support, optimising efficiency and service delivery quality.
• Assists in team development, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Analyses customer feedback and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, implementing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client contracting, addressing complex inquiries, escalated issues, and building strong relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (account management, finance, sales, product development) to:
- Gather and share customer insights.
- Drive product, service, and process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations in all client contracting activities.
• Administers performance evaluations and audits to assess operational effectiveness and efficiency, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Stays informed about industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional services.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience
- 5–7 years of contracts experience
- Adept in:
- Planning, delivery, and support skills
- Business intelligence
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Growth mindset (agility and mentorship)
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Salesforce experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)

Compensation & Benefits
- Time type: Full time
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40
- Salary range: $46,988.00 – $112,200.00 (annual base pay, dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location)
- Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
