Great partnerships don't happen by chance. They start with great contracts.

At Change Grow Live, every partnership we build helps us reach more people, strengthen communities and deliver services that change lives.

Behind every successful partnership is a well-managed contract. One that protects our organisation, supports innovation and gives our operational teams the confidence to focus on what they do best — helping people.

We're looking for a Contracts Advisor to join our Legal Services team. Whether you're already experienced in contract management or you've recently completed a recognised legal qualification and are looking for your first in-house legal opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

If you enjoy solving problems, building trusted relationships and turning complex contractual issues into practical solutions, this is an opportunity to develop your career within a national organisation that genuinely makes a difference.

Starting Your Legal Career?

If you've recently completed a recognised legal qualification, this role offers the opportunity to build your career within an experienced Legal Services team. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial and operational contracts, work alongside knowledgeable colleagues and receive the support and exposure needed to develop your expertise in an in-house legal environment.

Equally, if you're an experienced Contracts Advisor looking for a new challenge, you'll have the opportunity to influence national contracts, support strategic partnerships and play a key role in helping Change Grow Live deliver safe, effective and sustainable services across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
