The right agreement can change thousands of lives.

Every partnership begins with trust.

Every service begins with a conversation.

Every opportunity to help someone starts with the right foundations.

At Change Grow Live, contracts aren't just legal documents. They create the partnerships that allow us to reach more people, strengthen communities and deliver life-changing services across England and Scotland.

That's why we're looking for a Contracts Advisor (Legal Services).

Someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. Someone who sees beyond the wording on the page and understands the difference a well-managed contract can make.

Whether you're an experienced Contracts Advisor looking for your next challenge or you've recently completed a recognised legal qualification and are ready to begin your career in-house, you'll join a collaborative Legal Services team where you'll learn, contribute and make an impact from day one.

The role

No two days look the same.

One day you might be reviewing a commercial agreement that enables a new service to launch. The next, you'll be advising colleagues on contractual risk, supporting procurement activity or helping shape agreements that strengthen partnerships across the organisation.

You'll work alongside operational teams, procurement colleagues and senior leaders, providing practical advice that gives people the confidence to make informed decisions.

You'll ask questions, challenge constructively and help turn complexity into clarity.

Where you will work

Location This is a national hybrid role. Your contractual base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office, with occasional national travel to meetings and other offices as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring

You're someone who enjoys solving problems and building trusted relationships.

You know how to balance legal risk with practical outcomes and can communicate confidently with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships across a national organisation.

Experience within healthcare, social care, the charity sector or the public sector would be beneficial, but what matters most is your curiosity, commercial awareness and willingness to learn.

Why Change Grow Live?

This is more than an in-house legal role.

Every agreement you review helps create the partnerships that enable people to access support, colleagues to deliver outstanding services and communities to benefit from sustainable, high-quality care.

You'll work with people who are passionate about what they do, in a team that values collaboration, trust and continuous learning.
