Contracts and Commercial Manager (Hybrid Working)

Contracts and Commercial Manager (Hybrid Working) – Derby

Location: Derby (2–3 days in the office or on site, remainder remote) Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an exceptional Contracts and Commercial Manager to ensure that our partnerships, contracts, and commercial arrangements deliver quality and financial value in alignment with our charity's values.

As part of a diverse team, you will be responsible for all aspects of:

  • Budgeting and estimation
  • Tendering processes
  • Negotiation and contracting
  • Contract administration
  • Commercial management

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, utilising your extensive knowledge and skills to provide strategic guidance, performance evaluations, and governance rigour. Your role is critical in ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and within our culture and values of MHA.
