Contracts and Procurement Administrator
Company: Attention Industries Limited Location: London/Hybrid/Remote Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time / Part-time (must cover Mon-Fri on reduced hours) Salary: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Who we are:
Attention Industries Limited (previously SWNS Media Group Ltd) is a dynamic and fast-growing media and content business. We create, distribute and licence content at scale, working with leading publishers, brands, contributors and suppliers across our group of companies. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our contracts and procurement processes to keep pace with the growth of the business.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the Contracts and Procurement Administrator plays a vital role in keeping our contracting and supplier onboarding processes accurate, efficient and compliant. You will be the first point of contact for client and contributor contracts coming through from the Sales and Creative teams, checking them for accuracy and completeness before they move to signature or legal review. You will also manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring due diligence, terms of trading and compliance checks are completed consistently across the business.
This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working to defined procedures, and confident liaising with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Creative and Legal to resolve queries quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration
- Receive client contracts from the Sales team and contributor contracts from the Creative/News Content teams
- Check that all contract fields are completed correctly, including accurate language, spelling and grammar
- Sense-check any special or non-standard terms included in a contract
- Liaise with the Sales and Creative teams to resolve any defects or missing information
- Forward contracts containing amended or special terms to Legal for review
- Ensure that the trading terms are agreed in writing with the trading partner before committing to Docusign for signature
- Forward standard/legally cleared contracts for signature via DocuSign
- Download completed contracts from DocuSign and upload them to the central contract hub
- Maintain a diary of Master Services Agreement (MSA) expiry dates and flag upcoming renewals
- Maintain record of special terms/contract variations agreed with clients and ensure these are applied to all contracts for the relevant client

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
